dark cellar. By the north wall there is a lift that goes straight up to the bar, which
makes it easy for the bartender to bring up more barrels when needed. The stone walls of
this place are crude at best and was probably built long ago when the inn wasn't standing
on top of it. In fact, this place could once have been part of a crypt or the base of a
small stone tower. The cellar continues to the west, through a small doorless opening.

As you enter the brewery the first thing that hits you is the smell. The smell of a
dozen different brews and distilled spirits blend into a stench so powerful and nauseating
you can barely breathe. You see pots, pans, glass jars, distillery equipment, sacks of malt,
herbs and sacks of yeast scattered all over the chamber, it's chaotic. Fresh spring water
runs from a tap in the west wall to a grate in the floor. In this huge chamber, somehow, the
best ales and stouts you can drink, for hundreds of miles, are made.
