A Small Warehouse
   This warehouse is dwarved in size by the other warehouses that can
be founds on the dock, and despite its appearance from the outside
it looks very little like a warehouse in here.  Converted into a type
of office.  Four heavy wooden desks are placed towards the back,
various pictures of ocean landscapes and beautiful ships adorning the
scuffed walls.  Many hard wooden benches are pushed against the walls
for those waiting to be seen.  Sailors of all ranks line up here
awaiting their orders for their next voyage.

assaults the ears.  A somewhat large building to the south houses a
shop that receives much activity of people moving in and out.
