* The proc for a swirling staff of air conjuration should now work properly via 'say lightning'.

* A _LOT_ of capitalization errors and missing '.'s at the end of long descriptions fixed.
* Another version of DE autocreates long descriptions from short descriptions (these are changeable), and will terminate short descriptions with bleeding ansi with a &.
