* Fixed a bug with procs that force you to remove equipment not removing proc effects.
* Staff of Fire has been removed from Alatorin. I'm not posting here that it's illegal to use, merely that it is no longer available to get here.
* Ascending or Descending while race changed should no longer be allowed.
* A PVP delay timer preventing you from doing certain things because you have too much adrenaline running through your veins will be applied to both the attacker AND victim from a successful melee swing.
* World quest rewards have been reviewed, you shouldn't receive keys or other useless more useless or inappropriate rewards anymore.
* You can no longer Dimension Door into Vecna's.
* Spider body armor should no longer load as random eq.
* You shouldn't be able to dimension door or use other travel spells to jump to a mounted mob anymore.
* Gith banishment should occur less.
* Group Heal casting time has been increased.
