This appears to be the audience chamber of Bel, where he recieves all guests
allowed in his tower. It is well furnished, with a large conference table
in the center of the room, and several bronze ledges meant for sitting on the
east and west wall. The private chambers of Bel lie upwards, and the exit
back down the citadel is south.
