try to free people from what she considers to be slavery. She has been praying
for guidance as to what should be the first step in freeing them from the lord
of the dark keep, without getting them killed.  She is wearing a chain vest on
top of a robe of a thick, dark material.  A huge hammer rests on her lap, just
in the right position to be grabbed and used if she is attacked.  While she is
deep in prayer, it is clear that she could snap out of it and fight if needed.
Bernice is a devout priest, worshipping one of the elder dwarven gods that not
only believes in combat but encourages its followers to fight fiercely, with a
gleeful abandon that is unusual in priests.
Bernice appears to be Dwarf and is in excellent condition.
She's medium in size.
