malicite. The reddish glow that is the trademark of the ore clings close
to the walls like an aura, emanating emotions of anger and hatred as though
they were physical substances. Not a steady glow, the ore rather seems as
though it were on fire, the light within the mineral itself pulsating and
flickering in an apparently random fashion. Here where the tunnel makes its

This section of mining tunnel arcs through a glowing red vein of pure
malicite. The reddish glow that is the trademark of the ore clings close
to the walls like an aura, emanating emotions of anger and hatred as though
they were physical substances. Not a steady glow, the ore rather seems as
though it were on fire, the light within the mineral itself pulsating and
flickering in an apparently random fashion. Much of the purer veins along
the sides of the tunnel here have been liberated of their contents by the
golem miners, but westward the intesity of emotion feels increases like an
invisible wall.
