Outposts

Command: outpost
Options available (outpost [option]):
no arguments - List outposts and status.
help - List optional arguments for the outpost command.
repair - To repair a damaged outpost, or begin repairs on rubble.
golem - Hire an outpost gateguard to protect your portcullis.
portal - Create a portal between your guildhall and the outpost.
archer - Purchase archers to help defend the outpost tower.
meurtriere - Purchase a meurtriere to help defend your outpost gates.
There are three outposts located on the surface world: IC, KK, and UC
each have one. In order to obtain it, you must first destroy the
outpost tower in the middle. This can be done by attacking(hit, kill,
etc) and nuking the outpost. Once it's been destroyed there will be a
pile of rubble on the ground where the outpost once stood. The owner of
the outpost will be determined based upon the highest count of guildmates
in the group of the killer. If there is a tie, the ownership will go
to the guild who has the higher prestige. To build a new outpost, use
the "outpost repair" command to begin. It will take approximately 10
minutes to fully repair the outpost. An outpost will not repair if it
is being attacked. Once inside the tower, you have the options to hire
gateguards to defend the entrance inside the outpost walls by typeing
"outpost golem" as the guild leader. If your guild possesses a guildhall
you can link the outpost to the guildhall via "outpost portal" command.
Future upgrades: Hireable continent patrols, Mechants within the walls, and tolls
to allow others past the gateguards and to make use of portals (possibly
to hometowns instead of just to your GH) are just a few of the things on
the books for the future. We've got plenty of room for expansion of this
outpost concept, so we hope you enjoy.
