Starting from the lower branches of the forest canopy and ending at the
exposed roots, on the forest floor, are huge spiderweb like strands. These
strands are filled with rotting leaves and vines, that when taken as a whole,
form a crude nest. Bits of bones and unidentifiable trash litter the forest
floor. The stench of rotting flesh fills the air. The forest continues into
darkness.

There is a clearing here in the forest but visibility is very limited as the
clearing is filled with rolling clouds of smoke. There is no sign of what is
causing the smoke and it is impossible to see where it is coming from. The
choking smoke makes it very difficult for any living creature to stay here
for very long as breathing is very much hampered. Sounds from the surrounding
forest seem to be magnified.

At first glance a party of six Spriggans can be seen carring what looks like
an elaborately carved stone coffin. The sky is a deep almost black red, with
two translucent moons clearly visible. A loud chanting can be heard coming
from deep within the very hill itself. When looked at a second time it is
obvious that this is just a small hill that rises unexpectedly, deep within
the forest without a living soul anywhere in sight. A cobblestone path
continues into darkness.

exposed roots, on the forest floor, are huge spiderweb like strands. These
strands are filled with rotting leaves and vines, that when taken as a whole,
form a crude nest. Bits of bones and unidentifiable trash litter the forest
floor. The stench of rotting flesh fills the air. The forest continues into

Web Enshrouded Woods
Sticky thick stands of spider-wed like material drape all the trees in this
warea of the Forest. Caught in them are leaves, twigs and moss from the
surrounding forest. It is impossible to travel this part of the forest
without getting entangled in the strands of the web and it is very difficult
to escape once completely entangled. Evidently many of the forest animals have
been trapped in the past as there are several piles of bones that have dropped
to the forest floor. However, it looks like the forest animals, at least, have
learned to avoid the web as there are no signs of recent captures.

Center of Web Enshrouded Woods
At the center of the Web Enshrouded Woods are what looks like several nests,
made of moss and leaves. There is no sign of their occupants, however,
although signs can be seen of their recent comings and goings. Bloody parts
of half-eaten animals and other corpses can be seen hanging in the web as
if put there fore storage. Noises can be heard from the surrounding woods,
some of which sound like screams.

Pathway on a Small Hill within the Dark Forest
Going up the side of this small hill is a bone white cobblestone path. The
underbrush has been completely removed and in its place is a carpet of soft
green grass. Sunlight easily shines through the forest canopy making the
cobblestones shine brightly and the air shimmer with a soft golden haze. This
would be a perfect spot for a picnic, if it weren't for the overwhelming
sense of dread and fear that hangs in the air here.

Small Hill within the Dark Forest
At first glance a party of six Spriggans can be seen carring what looks like
an elaborately carved stone coffin. The sky is a deep almost black red, with
two translucent moons clearly visible. A loud chanting can be heard coming
from deep within the very hill itself. When looked at a second time it is
obvious that this is just a small hill that rises unexpectedly, deep within
the forest without a living soul anywhere in sight. A cobblestone path
continues into darkness.
