* Elemental fury got a slight downgrade (casts spells at 46 as opposed to 56).
* Earthen rain now applies the normal bonus for Elementalists.
* Spending epics no longer counts against your epic bonuses.
* The incarnates (global elemental-type mobs) of fire and frost now have fireshield/coldshield.
* The protector mob to the Braddistock Mansion now blocks high level players again.
* The Mountain Village of Tentro now has a functioning bank.
* PC pets no longer get epic skills.
