with mud covers the floor. Hanging from the ceiling every ten feet can be seen
a dark banner bearing the emblem of Krethik Keep, a clenched fist covered in
blood. The corridor continues to the east and west and a passageway can
be seen off to the north.

and his hoard of orcs. Dark smoke rises from the keep, probably from some
type of forge. A large stone wall surrounds the keep, it stands atleast
fifteen feet high. Barbed spears have been lined around the top of the wall,
preventing invaders from scaling it. A large iron gate appears to be the only
entrance on this side of the keep.

   A small section of the wall here has been destroyed. Long ago, when the
dwarven miners attacked Krethik Keep, they crushed this section of the wall
with a great catapult. Tyrik has yet to order someone to repair the damage.
Most of the rubble from the wall has been cleared away, except for a few small
chunks of rock scattered about.

Along Krethik Keep's Outer Wall
   This narrow path leads between Krethik Keep's outer wall and the inner the
main inner building. The trail is made from packed dirt and is covered with
many footprints. A few weeds grow around the path, but must of this area is
barren. The wall of Krethik Keep is made of stone, and is atleast two feet
thick and fifteen feet high. Barbed spears have been placed along the top of
the wall to discourage raiders from attempting to scale it.

Inside the Eastern Gates of Krethik Keep
   Krethik Keep's huge iron gates lie to the east, and a heavy wooden door to
the west leads into the keep itself. A small dirt path leads to the north and
south, used by the guards to patrol the outer wall. A banner hangs above the
iron gate, displaying Krethik Keep's emblem, a black clenched fist covered in
blood. Small clumps of weeds can be seen growing around the area, but most of
the vegitaion has been trampled long ago.
