Guild
=========================================
A guild is a group of players who have banded together for mutual
communication and support.

==How To Begin A Guild==
The requirements for forming an guild are as follows:
 * All members must be at least 25th level or above. 
   The level requirement is simply to ensure that members 
   are familiar with Duris and how it's run.
 * Guilds must keep a member count of at least 3 members.
 * Guild names MUST be reasonably thematic and not overly silly or
offensive.
 * It costs 5000 platinum to form a new guild.

To form a guild, find your racewar's guild leader and list:
Goodies - Tharnadia, 1n, 1w from the crier.
Evils   - Khildarak, 2s, 1w from the inn.


==Leaders==
Once the guild is created, the player forming the guild will be 
flagged as a guild 'leader'. This will allow them to recruit members 
into the guild and promote/demote them accordingly. This is done 
completely by the leader and controlled by the code. Any new members will be 
automatically be flagged and titled as a member of the guild. This also 
will create a guild bank account which is accessible by Leaders and
Deputies.

Once a guild has been started and approved by a god, the guild
members of that guild must run their own activities. How many people
there are of a certain guild rank is entirely up to the players. The gods
themselves will have no interference with the running of the guild
themselves. 

==Guild Structure==
Guilds have specific ranks within them which give their members to ability
do different things depending on their rank. How this works is as follows :

Leader -A leader can change the names of all the ranks (this allows an
guild of sorcerers to name the leader as "ArchMage" rather than "Leader".
These titles must be realistic in a fantasy world. A leader also has the
ability to flag a player as an enemy to the guild (leaders are the only
ones that can remove this flag as well). The leader can also add on an
'on parole' flag to members.

Deputy -A deputy (or higher) can delete, promote and demote members and
also has access to withdraw money from the guild's bank account.

Officer -An officer (or higher) has the right to fine lower members
(dealing out punishments etc).

Senior member -A senior member (or higher) has the right to enroll new
members.

Normal member -A Normal member just has general abilities, They can also see 
what other guild members are online.

Enemy -The guild leader has the ability to flag a member as an
guild enemy as well. This will cause the guild npc's (if any)
to attack the player on sight and is used for betrayal etc.

Applying for Membership
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
In order to be allowed into a guild the player must first apply
himself as an applicant. You can do this by using the 'society apply
<player>' command where <player> is the enrolling member of the guild
you wish to join.

Construct
=========================================
The "construct" command is used to build and upgrade guildhalls, and is only
available to guild leaders.

Construct actions cost both platinum and construction points, which the
guild gains by earning prestige.

Command overview:

construct guildhall
  Cost: 50,000p / 50 CP

  This command creates a new guildhall on the map, subject to the restrictions specified
  on the guildhall help page.
  
construct room <north|south|east|west|up|down|northwest|northeast|southeast|southwest>
  Cost: 2500p / 10 CP

  This command creates a new, empty room in the direction specified.
  
construct golem <slot> <warrior|cleric|sorcerer>
  Cost: Warrior: 5000p / 5 CP, Cleric: 6000p / 6 CP, Sorcerer: 7000p / 7 CP

  This command creates a new golem in the guildhall entrance in one of the available
  four golem slots. Once constructed, your golem will persist until killed, upon which
  you will need to construct a new one. Golems block the entrance to the rest of your
  guildhall of anyone not in your guild or alliance. The different golem types have
  different effects depending on their class.

construct rename <new name>
  Cost: 1000p / 1 CP
  
  This command allows you to rename the current room to your desire. Please use the
  'testcolor' command first to make sure your ANSI is correct. The Gods reserve the
  right to rename rooms if they do not meet standards.
  
construct upgrade <type>
  This command allows you to upgrade an empty room to a different type of room. A room
  can only be upgraded once. The available upgrade types are as follows:
  
  heal: 7500p / 10 CP
  This type of room accelerates your healing and allows you a peaceful respite from
  the battles outside.
  
  window: 10,000p / 15 CP
  This type of room provides a window object with which you can peer outside of your
  guildhall.
  
  bank: 15,000p / 25 CP
  This room upgrade allows you to visit your guild locker and use the 'society deposit' /
  'society withdraw' commands.
  
  town portal: 20,000p / 30 CP
  This upgrade provides a portal to your nearest hometown, depending on racewar
  (Good-raced to Winterhaven, Evil-raced to Shady Grove)
  
  library: 25,000p / 35 CP
  The library upgrade provides a magical tome that book-using spellcasters can use to memorize 
  any spell. The tome is not takeable and can only be used while in the room.

  cargo: 20,000p / 30 CP
  The cargo room upgrade provides an information board that shows you the current buy/sell
  prices of all ports across the world.
