At the Entrance to a Dark Cave
There is a large cave here, a gapping maw in the earth. A multitude of
small rounded rocks on the floor of the cave tells a tale of a river that must
have once flowed here. The hard rock has yielded to centuries of eroding by
the water, leaving this passage into the earth. The passageway is lost in
darkness to the south.

On an Old River Bed
The trail of smooth rock continues its decent into the earth, the
surrounding rock changes to a soft limestone. Ahead the tunnel stops as the
tunnels ceiling has caved in. Of the cave only a lone hole remains, only
large enough for small animals to pass. A slight breeze can be felt here.

The End of the Passageway
The cave starts to narrow here, eventually ending all together. The soft
rock forming the ceiling of the passageway has caved in leaving only a tiny
hole for the smaller inhabitants of cave to come and go. Through the small
hole a little light has penetrated, though what its source is isn't obvious.

At the End of the High Road
The High Road comes to a end here, appropriately enough it ends right in
front of the bank. All of the cities and most of the nobles do their business
through the bank, mostly since its far too dangerous to walk the streets with
cash. This is the part of town where most of the town's nobles reside, along
the Street of Nobles. Probably to be closer to their money.

Along the High Road
Here along the High Road are the shops and businesses used by the nobles
in town. It isn't uncommon to see nobles out for walks or out shopping. Few
if any commoners come into this part of town, mostly just servants running
errands for their masters. To the east is a Roge's Armory, well know for there
fine armor. To the west is Ghash's Weapon Emporium, being the only weapon
shop in town people must come here despite Ghash's unstable personality.

Along the High Road
The High Road runs the length of the town, its where most of the fine
businesses and shops are. The street is paved in cobblestones and slopes
slightly to allow water to drain off through special holes near the sides of
the road. To the west of the road is the Gilt-Edged Truffle the finest
restaurant in town, to the east is a sign that reads:

Smog's Fine Goods.

The Intersection of the High Road and the Street of Guilds
This intersection is where people come and gather when there is trouble. A
large fountain is here which is used largely by the poorer members of the
community, as the better off have plumbing. The streets here are covered in
cobblestones, periodic small holes allow water to drain from the streets. To
the north stretchs the High Road, which is home to most of the finest shops in
Moregeeth. The the west is the Street of Guilds which contains most of the
cities guild houses, as well as the inn. A large hole lined with ladders
leads down to the lower quarters of town.

send a long forgotten tooth skittering by.

Inn of the Twisted Spine
Once called Brogan's inn, this inn is now known as the inn of the twisted

each dug out of the surrounding dirt. Some loose straw spread upon the uneven
floor being the only place to sleep. A large sign hanging behind the counter
