The walls of this ten foot high corridor are almost entirely composed
of a dull-silvery metal. There are a few chips in walls here and there,
indicating that miners have most likely been through here, and found
the ore to be of little value. The small tunnel comes to an end here,
with the only exit being the corridor back to the east.

The walls and ceiling of this small corridor sparkle in the light from
their high mineral content. From the looks of how the tunnel was
constructed, it must have been the masterful hands of dwarves who

Dark Cavern
There is none of the glowing purple fungus in the extremely tall
cavern, making it impossible to see the ceiling high above. Travel
across this area is made difficult by the curved nature of the ground
here, with dozens of deep pits and short drops. The cavern continues
further eastward, and a small cave mouth leads into darkness through
the west wall.

Dark Cavern
This large ovular cavern has none of the glowing fungus, making
it very dark and eerie. The cavern is extremely tall, though there
is not enough light to see all the way to the ceiling. The floor here
is also very curved and uneven, looking similar to the surface of
a stormy sea that was frozen solid in rock. The cavern continues
on further to the west, while a small tunnel heads north.

The tunnel here is wide, perhaps thirty feet across and square. It
looks as though the miners hit a large vein of ore in this area, with
large holes dug into the walls, now empty. The tunnels run to the north,

This tunnel was obviously carved away by miners, and is roughly square,
being about eight feet tall. There are holes randomly spaced out in the
walls, where it looks as though the miners extracted an ore of some kind.
The opening to the east is small, and not smoothly worked, indicating that
the miners probably broke out into the river by mistake. The tunnel bends
around to the south.

Small Rocky Beach
This looks like a natural high-spot in the cavern, carved out by the
river millions of years ago. The river itself flows quietly by to the east,
while a tunnel that definitely looks man-made runs into the western wall.

Tall Cavern on an Underground River
The cavern rises up about two hundred feet here to a tapered ceiling
high above. The river continues in its general north-south course,
illuminated by the pale lights of purple-glowing fungus, which seems much
more abundant in this cavern. The cavern along the western side has been
carved into a small alcove of sorts, cutting into the wall about twenty feet.

Rocky Wall
The river pours out of the caverns end here, through a tunnel that
leaves little room for travels attempting to enter. Through the foaming
water an enormous cavern can be hinted far to the north. The river continues
back to the south, down this long cavern. Someone or something has carved
a strange symbol in the caverns wall, directly above the river's tunnel.
