The soulbind ability allows one to align their soul with an item they have obtained. 
Soulbinding an item attaches that item to the character forever. The item then only becomes
useable by that person. Additionally, it may not be looted or given to another character as
doing so will cause the item to crumble. The person who is bound to the item may summon their
item at any time by invoking the soulbind command.

Note: only 1 item may be soulbound to a given character in their entire lifetime. There is no way
to remove your soulbound item, so be sure to choose wisely when soulbinding an item. Artifacts
and certain other types of items are not valid candidate items.

Syntax:

soulbind - if a person is bound to an item, will call forth the item from the realm into their inventory.
soulbind <item> - will attempt to soulbind an item in the character's inventory.
